On June 6, 2013, Joseph Steve Russ, beloved husband of Virginia Ann Russ passed away at Howard County General Hospital. He was 77 years old.
He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 11 AM in Emmanuel United Methodist Church.
