Known for her fun-loving spirit and great sense of humor, she was a music lover whose mischievous nature endeared her to all.
Joyce dedicated 28 years of her career as a Supervisor at the Smithsonian Institution, where her passion for the arts and culture shone brightly. She retired in 2005, leaving behind not only a remarkable career but also countless friends and colleagues who cherished her companionship.
