Joyce Lee Wesley, 72, of Spotslyvania, VA passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA. She was born on April 30, 1940 in Bladensburg, MD to the late Louis and Edna Cochran. She was formerly a resident of Laurel and Elkridge, MD. She was a member of the Citizens Band Radio Club and worked as a Resident Manager for a number of Apartment Complexes in Laurel, Silver Spring and Riverdale. She was also the manager of Dial A Pizza in Laurel.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years Charles J. Wesley. She was one of nine children.
