Born in Maryland on September 10, 2014, Katherine filled our lives with joy, curiosity, and the unquenchable spirit of a young scholar, dreaming of a bright tomorrow. Katherine, the beloved daughter of Pedro Marquez Azila and Alba Zelaya Hernandez, brightened the world with her laughter and imagination. Though her journey was cut short at the tender age of ten, her light, indomitable and pure, will forever echo in the hearts of those she touched. A cherished student, she ambitiously explored the world around her, laying the foundations of dreams yet to come.
