Keith Foreman

Keith Foreman left this earthly life to be with our loving Lord on April 23, 2026. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a loving husband, a devoted brother, and a loyal friend.

A man of discipline and skill, Keith was a proud alumni of Staunton Military Academy and attended the Virginia Military Institute (VMI). These institutions helped shape the dedicated professional he became.

Keith enjoyed a distinguished career as a Civil Engineer, where he was instrumental in the construction of many bridges across the state of Maryland. His work stands as a lasting testament to his commitment to building and connecting communities.

Outside of his professional life, Keith was a passionate student of Civil War History and a steadfast fan of the Washington Commanders football team. His curiosity for the past and his enthusiasm for the game brought joy to those around him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Philip and Wilma Foreman; his brother, Christian Foreman; and his nephew, Derek Roberts.

Keith’s memory will be cherished and kept alive by his large and loving family. His beautiful memory will be cherished and kept alive by his loving wife, Tarlana, and his devoted sisters, Judy Roberts (and her husband, Ronald), Karen Whitaker, and Carolyn Russell (and her husband, Douglas). He also leaves behind his nephews, William and Nolan, and his nieces, Meredith, Paige, and Megan, along with extended family and friends who were blessed to know him.

Keith will be laid to rest at Fort Lincoln cemetery.
