Kyle Scott Stradone of Halethorpe, formerly of Jessup, passed away unexpectedly at his home in his sleep in the early hours of February 14, 2015. He was 34.
Born April 16, 1980, he was the beloved son of Gary and Carolyn Stradone. He was the oldest of their three sons.
Kyle is survived by his wife Erica, daughter Julia, his parents- Gary and Carolyn, his two younger brothers- Matthew and George. He is also survived by his nephew Gavin William “G-Willie” as Kyle playfully teased, both of his maternal grandparents Ken and Joann Zeman and paternal grandparents- George and Sally Stradone. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and his pug, Scooter.
Kyle, originally from Port Charlotte, Florida., moved to the Maryland at a young age where he grew up to later become a Journeyman and union member of the Steamfitters Local 602 located in Washington D.C. Kyle loved his work and enjoyed life. He loved 4-wheeling, snowplowing, vacationing in Florida and Tennessee with family, NASCAR (or anything race related- he liked to go fast!), and Sundays watching football.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. 313 Talbott Avenue Laurel, Maryland 20707 on Monday and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral mass will be held at 10am Wednesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church 5976 Old Washington Rd, Elkridge, MD 21075. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park. There will be a reception after the services at the American Legion Post #60, 2 Main Street in Laurel.
