Larry Eugene Snyder, Sr.

Larry Eugene Snyder, Sr., a 40 year resident of College Park, passed away on Sunday October 11, 2015 at his residence. He was 63 years old. He was a former resident of Laurel. He was born on July 5, 1952 in Pennsylvania to the late James and Rosy Snyder. Larry worked over 40 years for MD/VA Milk Producers and retired . He enjoyed fishing, camping with his family, and spending time at the park with his loyal dog Brutus and best friend Rick. He was a lifelong Steelers and Pirates fan.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his son James Ardell Snyder; sister Eleanor (Snyder) Olenchack; and brother James Snyder, Jr. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Gloria Snyder; loving sons Larry Eugene Snyder, Jr. (Irene), and Daniel Gene Snyder (Cheryl); sisters Lillian Smith, Lucille Smeltzer (Earl), and Lois Kaufman (James); grandchildren Brandon Lee, James Ardell, Skylar Lynn, and Jamie Rayne Snyder. He is also survived by his best friends Rick Gubisch and Gary Sims, his devoted dog Brutus and many nieces and nephews.
