Laura Lee Alli

Laura Lee Alli, 79, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at her home in Laurel, Maryland. She was born on December 28, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York. She is survived by her beloved husband Zaman K. Alli; her son Dylan Jon Hopkins; grandchildren Chanelle Kimberly and Zackary Jon Hopkins, as well as five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Harold Clinton Bayles and Nancy White Lankford and her brother William Harold Bayles. Mrs. Alli retired from the Bell Atlantic Telephone company. She enjoyed sewing, caring for her dogs and sailing. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 522 Main Street, in Laurel. Memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Alli’s name to The American Cancer Society or the ASPCA .
