Lenita June Slavotinek

Lenita June Slavotinek (Momma June) passed away peacefully, at her residence, on May 19, 2024. Lenita was born in Vermont on May 18, 1937 to the late George Packard and Margaret MacFarlane. She was a wonderful wife and mother who took care of many people during her lifetime. She loved to socialize and she loved everyone wherever she went. Lenita liked playing Keno, drinking beer (with salt) and traveling with Pop while he was in the military and meeting new people. She worked as a women's prison guard, a manager and bartender all while being a loving wife and mother. She was also a member of the American Legion and the Elks Club.

Lenita married Thomas A. Slavotinek and spent 53 years together. Momma June is survived by her husband Thomas and her children Bonny Butler, Debra Kaylor and Dale Davis; grandchildren William Staton, Thomas (Scott) Wilkinson, Mike Wilkinson, David Wilkinson, Niko Kaylor and Thomas Davis. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents... she was predeceased by her daughter Audrey Dunston and her siblings George (Bud) and Robert Packard, Elva Izzo and Marylin Allen.

She was greatly loved and will be missed dearly!
