Leroy E. Hiett

Leroy E. Hiett, passed away on Friday, February 5 after an illness, he was a lifelong resident of Laurel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Leslie Hiett and Alice Martin Hiett as well as 5 siblings.

After serving in the Marines he worked for Roadway Express for 38 years.

Mr. Hiett is survived is survived by his wife of 57 years, Cheryl L. Hiett, 3 sons Lloyd Evans, Leroy Edward and Michael Scott Hiett, sisters Charlotte Redman and Pat Bond , 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Services and interment are private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
