A sweet and wonderful man died, Thursday, July 19, Malcolm (Bummy) Fullum, was born August 6, 1931. He died at the Patuxent River Health and Rehabilitation Center, Laurel, MD from complications of Parkinson's disease.
Malcolm was the son of the late Theodore (Seed) and Lorice Fullum of Houston, PA.
He lived most of this life in Houston, PA. His old friends called him by the nickname of Bummy. He was a construction worker and a general contractor for over thirty years. After his retirement he worked at the Giant Eagle in McMurray, PA.
He was an avid sports fan. He loved Gospel and Country music. He adored his wife and children. He was a Christian and a member of the St. Paul AME Church for 45 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel Fullum and son Dr. Terrence Fullum both of MD. Two sisters Vera Wilkins of Washington, PA, and Jean Anderson of Houston, PA; six grandchildren, Kimberly, Terrence, Jr., and Anthony Fullum, Dr. Idris Stovall, Samantha Gyabaah, April Brown; and four great-grandchildren: Bailey and Quin Stovall, Paa Akwasi Gyabaah, Xavier Stovall-Brown. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his daughter Pamela Lee Stovall and sister Patricia Lacy.
Relatives and friends may call at Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Ave., Laurel, MD 20707 on Thursday, July 26, from 10 to 11 a.m. where service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Columbia Memorial Park.
