Margaret B. Carr

Margaret Blair (Sinclair) Carr was born on July 5, 1945 in Washington, DC.  She grew up In Laurel, MD with her parents, Wallace and Blair Sinclair and brothers Phil and Billy Sinclair.  She attended Pallotti High School and raised her family in Laurel.  She is survived by her children, Chrissy, Wayne, Dianne, Susan and Jimmy.  She was a proud grandmother of  Misti, Jim, Krystal, Samantha, Tiffani, Jacob, Justin, Alex and Michael and great-grandmother to Darren, Akira, Jayden, Callie, Aria,  Emory and Heaven.   Peggy was a dedicated civil servant with the Department of Commerce.  She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend who knew no strangers.  Her generosity and kindness truly defined her.  Peggy’s home and heart welcomed everyone.  Peggy loved spending time with family, friends and her beloved (and spoiled) cat.
