Margaret V. Perkins

On May 10, 2013, Margaret V. Perkins of Laurel, MD, previously of Hyattsville, MD, passed away at the age of 95. Born in Illinois, Margaret lived in Prospect, Virginia until the age of 16. She worked as a sales clerk for Woodward & Lothrop Inc. until retiring. She loved flower gardening, crocheting and was always following current events and politics. Every day Margaret exercised, prayed and read her bible. She will be remembered for her strong, independent nature. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews and predeceased by her 5 sisters and 7 brothers.
