Margarita M. Dario, 42, passed away on June 1, 2013 at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Columbia. She was born on June 6, 1970 to Clemencia Fabian and the late Edmundo Fangon Manaois in the Philippines. She spent many years in Parchman, Mississippi before moving to Laurel in 2000. She received a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Philippines. She began her career as a nurse in the Philippines and continued working as a nurse for the Dept. of Corrections in Mississippi, Laurel Regional Hospital and Howard County General Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 13 years Odon Dario; daughter Christina Marie Dario; step-daughter Angelica Christine Dario; sister Macar Manaois, and brother Karl Manaois.
