Marianne Gentile, age 88, died August 4, 2012 in Columbia, MD. Born September 30, 1923 in Czechoslovakia, she was the daughter of Freda (Wagner) and Anton Kraus. She was the wife of the late Thomas Edward Gentile. She is survived by her daughters, Caren E. Gentile and her husband Bruce E. Clark, Linda G. Kinstler and her husband Dennis M. Kinstler, and Corine N. Gentile; grandchildren Nathan, Amy, Adrianne, and Nicholas; and great-grandchildren Jesse and Jordyn. Mrs. Gentile moved from Germany and lived in Laurel since 1971. A private graveside service and interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org .
