Marjorie "Margie" Rabickow

Marjorie Rabickow, 64, a lifelong resident of Laurel, Maryland passed away on March 14th, 2016 at the Summerlin Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Margie was born in New York to the late Joseph and Margaret Goette on May 4th, 1951. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Laurel, and attended St. Mary of the Mills Catholic School and St. Vincent Pallotti High School, also in Laurel. Margie graduated from Pallotti in 1969 and remained an active member of her graduating class. In addition to raising a family, Margie worked as the General Manager of Brookmill Condominiums and as an aid at the Laurel Branch of the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System. In 2010, Margie and her husband moved to their “forever home” in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Margie is survived by her beloved husband Nick, with whom she happily shared 40 years of her life.  Also surviving are her loving children Keith Miles and his wife Elizabeth, Jessica Margos and her husband Steven, and Kevin Rabickow and his wife Jaime; her six grandchildren Alanah, Kade, Keira, Marin, Machaon, and Nicholas; her brother John “Jack” Goette and his wife Linda; her brother-in-law Thomas Rabickow and his wife Patsy, and her sister-in-law Kay Gaddy.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 22nd from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at DONALDSON FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707.  A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, March 24th at 1 p.m., followed by interment at Maryland National Memorial Park.
