Merelyn Lucinda Santos

Merelyn L. Santos, of Jessup, Maryland Passed away on June 27th, 2023 at the age of 77. Born on November 13th, 1945 in Clinton, Laurens County, South Carolina to J.W. Floyd and Evelyn Suber, Merelyn was a 1964 graduate of Bell Street High School. She went on to work for Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International in Kensington, Maryland.

Merelyn was caring, loving, and a sincere child of God that tried to help everyone any way she could. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Santos in 1991; she is survived by her son, Randall Santos (Sarah), grandson Caleb, Sisters Helen Sturkey, Mary (Meme) Floyd, and Anne.

Family and friends may call at Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A. on Thursday, July 06th 10:00am, with a funeral service at 11:00am. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, www.curealz.org on behalf of Merelyn Santos.
