Michael Robert Grogan

Michael Robert Grogan, Sr., 65, a resident of Laurel passed away on April 14, 2014 at his home. He was born on May 20, 1948 to the late Archibald Joseph and Laura Mae Grogan in North Carolina. He graduated from High Point High School in Beltsville in 1967. He was once very active in racing Go-Karts and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He loved attending car events to show off his show truck. He retired in 2005 from his family business where he worked for over 40 years in Home Improvements.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Gonce. He is survived by his high school sweetheart of 46 years Jeannie Grogan; devoted children Sandra Grogan and Mike Grogan, Jr.; sister Joe Ann Crawford; loving grandchildren Mikie, J.R., and Mallory Grogan; and a great-granddaughter Kaylee Grogan. He is also survived by numerous family members, friends, and his cat Sabrina.
