Michael Jules Hof

Master Chief Petty Officer (MCPO) Michael Jules Hof of Laurel, MD, a 30 year Veteran of the United States Navy passed away July 9, 2026 at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center after a hard fought battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife Donna of 33 years, our children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephew, many friends, and loved ones.

Mike loved gardening, doing projects around the house, reading Louis La’Amour books, and watching old Westerns, especially with John Wayne. He was patriotic, loved his family, and was a friend to all.

Fair Winds and Following Seas, Master Chief. May you rest in peace, you will be greatly missed.

Memorial Service will be held at the home for family and friends at a later date.
