Michael T. Anderson

Michael Thomas Anderson, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014. He was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Army from 1945-1946. While serving, he earned the Pacific Campaign Medal. After WWII he worked for the Federal Government, retiring in 1982 from the Walter Reed Hospital with 37 years of service.
Predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years Edna Lucille Anderson. Father of Donna Bowie, Michael (fiancAC. Esther) Anderson, Jr., Mary (Everett) Payne and James (Barbara) Anderson. Brother of Charles Anderson. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, Maryland 20707, where funeral services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014 beginning at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Maryland.
