Munir Mahfuz Hishmeh

Munir Mahfouz Hishmeh was born on October 31, 1940 and passed away on September 17, 2025 in Rosedale, MD. Munir was a loving family man who always had a smile on his face, especially when he saw his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Niama, his father, Mahfouz, his brothers Abed, Samir, and Nihad, and sisters Evelyn and Diana; and brother-in-laws, Kanan A. Kash and Ibrahim Shihadeh, ex-wife Virginia, and daughter in law Ashley. He is survived by his wife Laila, brother Fuad, daughter Patsy, sons Ramzi, Peter, and Nader, stepdaughter Cindy, son in law Gary, his daughters in law, Noel & Devena. His grandchildren, David, Alexa, Emma, Devin, and Liya and step grandchildren, Jake and Allison; sister-in-laws; Sumaya, Heyam and Sonia and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved like his own.

He never met a stranger and could talk to anybody, loved soduko, reading the paper from beginning to end and poker games He leaves a trail of broken hearts but many and wonderful memories.
