Myrna Joyce Sanders, 57, of Laurel passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Laurel Regional Hospital. She was born on May 19, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan to Lynn Jr. and Norma Kelley. She was a graduate of Henry Ford High School in 1974 and Ultra Sound Diagnostic School. She received professional training at Anthem Career College as a Limited Scope X-ray Technician in Nashville, TN. She was a member of Apostolic Church of God In Christ Jesus in Detroit, Michigan. She was an avid jewelry maker and loved playing online games such as candy crush, angry birds, and free cell card game. She was currently working for Old Towne Manassas Medical Center as a sonographer.
She is survived by her companion of 25 years Daryl Bridges of Laurel; parents Lynn Jr. and Norma Kelley of Detroit; children Shaye Johnson and her husband Everett of Camden, S.C., Tamela Scales and her husband Penn, Sr. of Nashville, TN, April Dawn Jackson and her husband Tony of Beltsville, MD and Jeremi and Justin Bridges of Laurel, MD; sister Cheryl Richardson and her husband Dobie of Phoenix, AZ and her brother Kenneth Kelley, Sr. and his wife Charlotte of Fayetteville, N.C. She is also survived by her noonies Jordan, Bobby, Sadie, Janiyah, Cameron, Xavier, Johnathan, Journee, and Jackson.
