Nancy S. Burke

Nancy S. Burke, 84, of Ashton, MD peacefully passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.
Nancy was born June 25, 1932 in Washington, DC, graduated from McKinley High School and retired from the FBI. She is preceded in death by her husband, "Ed" Burke.
Nancy and her husband devoted their time to the Coast Guard Combat Veterans Association, coordinating conventions and providing administrative support to the organization. Family and friends share fond memories of backyard pig roasts and Super Bowl parties held at Nancy and Ed's home. Nancy was known by many for her delicious cheese balls which she enjoyed making and giving away for special occasions or as a way of saying "thank you." Nancy was a big fan of the Washington Redskins and Washington Nationals.
Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
