Norma Mae (Lang) Sherman

Norma Mae Sherman age 84 was born February 12, 1937 to Pearl Kisasonak and John Lang and passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021.

Norma was a school bus driver for Howard Wessell from 1968 until 1972 when became a bus Contractor for Howard County until she retired in 2014.

She was affectionally known as Nana to her grandchildren and a loving mother, sister and friend to all.

Norma loved spending time with her family. Upon her retirement she enjoyed spending time on Jerry's boat enjoying long rides, fishing and once taught she enjoyed riding the jet ski, which she quickly took away from Jerry. She was an avid puzzle lover and could sit for hours working on them until she learned to do them on the computer.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Jasper Sherman, Jr. (Bobby) and brother Frank Earnest Kisasonak (Frankie).

Survivors include her daughter Debra Ann Davis, sons: Ronald Frank Sherman (Ronnie), Robert Gerald Sherman (Jerry) and wife his Frances Sherman (Fran); sister: Carol Allen and grandchildren: Denise Woodard, Chris Woodard and Melissa Mae Sherman.

Visitation will be at Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbot Avenue, Laurel, Maryland on Friday, December 31st from 12:30 to 1:00 PM when a funeral service will be held. A graveside service will follow at Savage Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.donaldsonfuneralhomes.com
