Rebecca C. 'Becky" Thomas, 76 of Laurel, Maryland died on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at her residence in Laurel, MD. Born January 15, 1937 in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Archie Milby and the late Elizabeth (nee Edlin) Milby.
She was employed as a librarian at the Woodbridge Campus of the Northern Virginia Community College.
She was a member of St. Philips Episcopal in Laurel, Maryland.
She was the beloved wife of William "Larry" Thomas, devoted mother of Laura Ann Thomas Preston and her husband Warren., loving sister of Bonnie Lou Taylor and devoted grandmother of Amanda Lee Preston.
Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 522 Main Street, Laurel, MD 20707 from 1:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 PM. A reception and time of fellowship will immediately follow the service in the Wyatt-Parkhurst Hall at the church.
