Richard Carroll Norsworthy Sr.

Richard is survived by his beloved wife Rachel of 63 years, ten children, including five sons:  Richard, Jr., Joe and wife Mary, Steve and wife Danielle, Jim and wife Debbie, and John; five daughters:  Mary Heard, Ann Kirby, Jean Burger, Linda and husband Paul Greenslade, and Kathy and husband Scott Glasser; 29 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Richard served eight years in the Naval Air Reserves and was a member of Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church.  He loved woodworking, boating, fishing, gardening, spending time with his family, and in his early years, coaching his children in sports.  Richard and Rachel were quite the lovely couple on the dance floor.  He enjoyed 43 years of family vacations at LBI on the Jersey shore, occasional donations to Atlantic City, and the celebratory Manhattan.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
