Robert Lee Shillingburg

Robert Lee Shillingburg, age 68, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 at Patuxent River Health and Rehabilitation Center in Laurel, MD. Robert was born on May 16, 1946 to the late James Henry Shillingburg and Dorothy Mae (nee Busick) Shillingburg Kerr.
Robert was raised in Savage, MD and attended Savage Elementary School, Waterloo Junior High School and graduated from Howard High School in 1664. Robert worked for the Hecht Company and then Macy's for 48 years before retiring in 2012 for health reasons.
Robert is survived by his mother, Dorothy Kerr and by his two brothers; Glenn Shillingburg and Keith Stephenson and his one sister, Lola Beth Moore.

A visitation was held on Monday, December 1, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, MD 20707 where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
