Robert (Bob) Winters Jr passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester, VA and was surrounded by his family. Bob was born April 4, 1936 to the late Robert and Thelma Winters of Cameron, W.VA. He served in the United States Navy and was a Superintendent for Blake Construction Company of Washington, DC. He leaves behind his wife Marjorie of 53 years; 2 daughters, Rebecca Winters Burian and Roberta Winters; 2 grandchildren, Nello (Joe) Burian, Jr. and Amanda Burian; 2 brothers, Paul (Gene) Winters and Kenneth Winters, a late younger brother Ronald (Ronnie) Winters, and several nieces and nephews’.
