Rosa Webster, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on November 26, 2012. Mrs. Webster was born in Germany on January 16, 1928 to the late Franz and Magdelena Brandl. She is the beloved mother of Barbara W. Shiro, Raymond E. Webster and Ralph D. Webster. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jaquelyn, Benjamin and Christopher and her great-grandchildren Lillith and Matthew. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
