Roy Smith Cloud
June 1, 1930 — March 28, 2014
Roy S. Cloud Jr., age 83, on March 28, 2014, at Laurel, MD, following hip surgery. Roy is the son of the late Rena and Roy S. Cloud Sr., beloved husband of Elinor M. Cloud, and devoted father of Roy Stephen Cloud. Survived by his sister Mary Lou Oertly and brother William E. Cloud (Madge) and several nieces and nephews. Roy was the best of men: hard-working, kind, generous and fair. He would do anything for you "if you smiled." He spent his retirement in service to those in need. He will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a favorite charity.
