Teresita T. Punsalan

I t is with great sadness that the family of Teresita Tuazon Punsalan announces that she peacefully passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the age of 76 years.

Teresita was born September 14, 1942, in the Philippines to Graciano “Sanu” and Candida “Idang” (Pena) Tuazon. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Pompeyo “Jun” Punsalan, her two children Minerva and Wiljohn, her daughter-in-law, Carol, and her two grandchildren Greyson and Harper. Teresita will be fondly remembered by her three brothers and six sisters Maximino, Eloy, Ronaldo, Eleanora, Lydia, Angelita, Remedios, Belinda, and Elizabeth. Teresita was predeceased by her brother Juanito.

Teresita was a loving wife, devoted sister, and proud mother of two. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and taking care of others.  She will always be remembered for her kindness, self-sacrifice, and generosity towards her loved ones.

Visitations will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with prayers at 7:30 pm at Donaldson Funeral Home P.A., 313 Talbott Ave., Laurel MD 20707.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday December 14, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 8603 Contee Road, Laurel, MD 20707.

Burial Service will immediately follow the mass at Maryland National Memorial, 13300 Baltimore Ave., Laurel, MD 20707.
