Thomas C. Collins

Thomas C. Collins passed away in Beltsville, Maryland on September 7, 2019. He was born in the District of Columbia on November 27, 1934 to the late John and Lydia Collins. Thomas is survived by his wife of 65 years Kathleen Collins; four children Sheri Bell, Mike Collins, Lori Silcott, Jay Collins.; grandchildren Tommy and Bridget Bell, Van, Sean, Brittany and Katie Collins, Blakley Korol, Ashley Ritter and Ryan Silcott and two great grandchildren, Adrianna Carioti and Gionnie Carioti. Thomas was retired from the District of Columbia Police Department. He loved playing cards, spring training at Sarasota and Fort Meyers, Florida, vacations with family, antiquing for western gear and enjoyed his grandson Ryan (aka Kemosabee) following him around on his different job sites.

Services are private at the request of his family.
