Vera Baldini

Vera Baldini was born in Medford, Massachusetts and lived most of her life in Arlington, Massachusetts.  She graduated from Katherine Gibbs secretarial school in 1947 and spent most of her executive secretary career at the Hale and Dorr law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.  She retired early from her career to care for her parents.  After their death, Vera remained in Arlington Massachusetts until 2007 when, having become ill, she moved to Maryland to be closer to her family.  She entered Somerford Place in Columbia, MD.  Vera enjoyed spending time with her late sister (Nov 2014) Julie Werner, her niece, Mary Werner, and friends.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care of Howard County, 5537 Twin Knolls Road, Suite 434, Columbia, MD 21045.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Chapel at the Church of the Resurrection 3175 Paulskirk Drive, Ellicott City, MD  21042 on Tuesday, September 13, from 10 until 10:30 am. with a Mass of Christian Burial immediately following. Burial will follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery, 1201 Old Sandy Spring Road (Gary Drive entrance), Laurel, MD 20707.
