William Martin Murray

William Martin Murray, a longtime resident of the Savage/Laurel area passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Gilchrist Hospice Care in Columbia. He was 76. He was born on November 23, 1939 to the late William and Eleanor Murray. He worked as an electrician for Local Union #26 and enjoyed gardening and going to the race track. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Ann Murray in 2009; and sisters Edna Campbell, Margaret Ferguson, and Betty Lou Wesley. He is survived by his children Robin Mills, Rebecca and Marty Murray; step-son Anthony Bianco; brother Richard Murray; and grandchildren Casey and Cody Mills, Sean Murray, and Hannah Rodriguez. The family is planning a celebration of life service at a later date.
