William Gary Prescott

William Gary Prescott of Laurel passed away on December 29, 2014 at Laurel Regional Hospital. He was 65. He was a Laurel resident for over 30 years. He was born November 15, 1949 in Albany, NY to C. Estelle Prescott and the late William F. Prescott. He was a graduate of West Springfield High School, New York University in the Bronx and received a Master’s Degree in Oceanography and Meteorology. William enlisted in the US Air Force serving in Alaska and Oklahoma. He also served a 2 year mission in Mississippi while attending Brigham Young University. He retired from CSA and went on to work for NSA.
William is survived by his mother C. Estelle Prescott; brother Brian Prescott and nephew Micheal Prescott.
