Wyoma I. (Callahan) Makowski

On Wednesday, January 7, 2015, Wyoma I. Makowski, a 50 year resident of Laurel, passed away at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Wyoma was born in Johnson City, TN to the late Wheeler and Dorie Callahan. She was a member of the Maryland City Baptist Church, Partners Care at Laurel Regional Hospital and the Women’s Mission Union. Wyoma is survived by her sons David (Evelena) Makowski and Stephen Makowski; brother Sam Callahan and sister-in-law Evelyn Miller. She is also survived by her grandchildren Amanda, Sarah, Lukas and Ellena. Mrs. Makowski was predeceased by her husband Stanley in May 2010. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at the Maryland City Baptist Church, 326 Brock Bridge Road, Laurel, January 17 beginning at 12 noon. Arrangements by Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A.
