Antonia Margaret Blankenship

Antonia (Toni) was born April 27, 1937 in Pleasantville, New Jersey to the late William and Florence (Roberts) Freund.  She peacefully passed away on August 24, 2020. Her final days were spent at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Columbia, Maryland, where family members were blessed to be able to spend time with her during her last days.

In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by her sons, Donald Edward Keatley (1970) and Michael Wayne Keatley (2013).

Toni is survived by her children, Charles (Buster) Keatley and his wife, Scottie; Peggy Keatley Sweitzer and her husband, Greg; and Becky Keatley. Toni is also survived by her grandchildren, Melody Keatley Josey and her husband, Jeff; Rebecca Keatley Leen and her husband, Sean; Michael E. Keatley and his wife, Christina; Heather Keatley; Kara Spence and Cody Sihner; Abbi Spence and Trea Fraley; and Jessica Sweitzer and Justin Misterka; and her five great-grandchildren, Brieanna Josey, Eli Josey, Andrea Alexander, Paxton Sihner, and Cameron Keatley.

Interment will be at Guilford Memorial Park in Greensboro, North Carolina, next to her two sons. Toni will be missed by friends, family, and her beloved “grand-dog,” Oliver.
