Archie Monton Bustamante, 41, of Germantown, MD, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 after a courageous and inspiring battle against Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM). He was born on September 12, 1979 to parents, Blasito Bustamante and Cynthia Bustamante. He was a 2004 graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He worked as a Product Support Specialist at Travel Channel for over 11 years.
Archie was known as many things to many people – Husband, loving father, son, brother, uncle, best friend, car fiend, computer wizard, gamer, cyclist, snowboarder, & troll among others. He lit up the world with his selflessness and care he wanted to share with everyone who asked. Archie was a true friend and a genuine soul. Everyone who met him was better off for having met him whether it be a one-time chat, a quick troubleshooting session on your laptop, a night at the club, a car meet, or years of friendship and laughs.
Archie will never be defined by brain cancer, but instead by what he was able to accomplish as he inspired people near and far with his resilience, courage, and strength - without complaint and continuous selflessness. He is survived by his wife, Lynna, son, Justin, mother, Cynthia, father, Blasito, brother and wife, Amante and Eunice, brother and wife, Francis and Sheila, sister, Timirose, and nephews Kristian, Kalvin, Lorenzo, and Paolo.
