Barbara Eleanor Trigeiro, 86, of Laurel, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, 19 September 2021, at HeartHomes Assisted Living, Piney Orchard, Maryland. She was born on 10 March 1935 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the late Emmit Richard Gore and Dorothy Eleanor Gore. She began working for the federal government at the age of 17 as a Secretary at Sandia Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and retired from the Department of Interior, Sacramento, California, in 1986. In retirement, she volunteered for Meals on Wheels and Laurel Advocacy & Referral Services. She also enjoyed attending line-dancing and senior exercise classes and spending time with her daughter, Linda, and her favorite (and only) son-in-law, Bill Pabst. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Frank A. Trigeiro; and sisters, Nancy Harrison and Alevia (Janie) Gore. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Trigeiro-Pabst, and son-in-law, Bill Pabst, of Laurel, Maryland; her niece Deborah Mande (and family); her sister-in-law, Jeannette Swidan (and husband Roy); brother-in-law John Trigeiro; and numerous other nieces and nephews in California. She will be deeply missed.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
