We only met you and Carl at breakfast while in the Virginia Mountains almost a year ago. It seemed as if we'd known you for years! Our hearts are hurting knowing that you are hurting! I send my deepest sympathy to Carl's family. I have not seen or talked to Carl in many years. But, I remember his kindness, his goodness, and most of all his sense of humor. I am sadden that he is no longer on earth, but his spirit will remain with us forever.

Carl was one of the first people I met at PTO and he and I became good friends. He was always more than willing to explain and teach. I met many people through him that became more than just co-workers. Having Carl in my life made me a better person. My thoughts are with Deb and the rest of his family.
