While working with John at Perdue Farms, my primary memories of him was how happy he always was and how he always made those around him happy, including myself. I can still hear him today talking to me saying "Come onnnnn Teed" when he wanted to question my thoughts/beliefs and/or to inspire me to do more or as a challenge to me to be better.
I will always remember him fondly as a true friend and coworker. I just wish I had spent more time with him away from work & with his family as he seemed a real family man and a good father. My kind of guy, man, father and friend!

I am fortunate to have known John. He was a kind and beautiful soul. I admired his passion for family and God. He was a good friend and colleague to me and I will miss him a lot. My prayers are with his entire family through this tough time.
