Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I would like to share with you some words of encouragement at Job 14 : 14, 15 which expresses how much God wants to resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death. May you draw comfort from this loving promise in your time of mourning.

I am so sorry for the loss of your precious Mary. I just hate that we were out of town and missed her funeral and the chance to be supportive to all of you as you have been to us at such times. The slide show was wonderful and I'm so grateful I got to see it; I realized how many of Mary's special occasions I was able to share with her. I loved her quotes! I know she brought her family immeasurable joy, and I also know she was blessed to have the loving family she had. You took such loving care of her and made sure she had a full life, rich with opportunities and experiences. You have my deepest sympathies.

I am truly sorry for your loss, please accept my deepest sympathy. During difficult times like these, the Bible gives us comfort and a hope found at Revelation 21:4, no more death, pain and mourning. I pray that this message brings your family much comfort in the days ahead.

I met Mary, and her Mom, in 1984 when I began working at VSI. As Mary's support staff, I was privileged to work closely with her at the day program for many years. Mary's mother would sometimes volunteer, and I could sure see where Mary got her lovely personality. Mary was always a cheerful person with the most delightful manner. She is someone I will always remember with great fondness. Mary was much loved; please accept my heartfelt condolences to her family at this time of loss. My hope is that good memories of her life with you bring comfort.

Hello, Joyce, this is Mary's sister Barbara thanking you for your kind, heartfelt words. We will certainly miss her, as will many who knew her through the years. I know she made many friends at VSI - Debbie Burns and Elsie Ziepoldt come to mind - and I would also say that the opportunity to come in and volunteer was an important part of our mother's transition from her prior life in Virginia. Many thanks to all of those who helped both Mary and our mother when they were at VSI.
