You don’t know me but I worked with Mary Ann at Fort Mead in 1965. I was the only black in our section. She took me under her wing and protected me when it was not the thing to do. This may not mean anything to you but if I could thank her I would. Tell Mary Schooley hello if by some miracle you see this.

Dear Family...Just learned of Mary Ann's passing; so sorry. We grew up together and went all through school together. Always a happy, warm person. I know she will be missed by all who knew her.

Tommy, I am so sorry for your loss of Maryann. She was a beautiful person inside and out, and I know you and she had a wonderful life together. So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember her from First Assembly and how sweet, funny, and generous she was. She touched me by how openhearted she was. I loved her smile and her incredible warmth. Praying God's warm comfort and grace over you.
