I will always treasure the many years of friendship and "wise-gut" humor shared by the three musketeers and tennis pals.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.  No doubt, you miss and desire to see your loved one again.  Your desire is a sure hope as Job 14:14, 15 expresses how God yearns to resurrect the dead and He will act in due time.  May you draw comfort from this loving promise in your time of grief.

Karen, Lori, & Mari,
We're sorry for your loss. It seems like only yesterday that we were at your (top floor) apartment back in 1985, but over 30 years has flown by! Bill took you all on a very adventurous life. I know that he enjoyed all the opportunities of traveling with family.

Karen I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I am so thankful that you took the time to come to Greensburg to meet with your cousins and share pictures. We all enjoyed your presence at the Stier Schroeder reunion at Aunt Theresa Horan's home. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Love from Diann and Rosemary Schroeder

Karen, Lori and Mari, I was saddened to hear about Bill's passing. I remember the good times we had at post together, and how Bill and I worked on special lyrics for Christmas songs at the Christmas party at work back then. Remember all your journeys together throughout the world, and take comfort knowing that HE is watching over you and taking care of Bill now.

Karen and Family,
My heart breaks for you. I have fond memories of my encounters with you and Bill, laughing at stories over big mugs at Sunday Brunch, and a thousand other memories. Such will sustain us in this time of grief. I am blessed for our friendship. God bless all of you and lift you up in this difficult time.

You probably don't know me, but when I was still a child Bill (Billy to me) was my next door neighbor during the time his family spent their Summers in Vermilion, Ohio. Even though we hadn't spoken for years before re-connecting on Facebook, I will always remember Bill as my first real friend! My heartfelt condolences to his family and all those who loved him.

My condolences to the Family on the loss of your dear loved one. May you find comfort in God during his difficult time. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) God has made a promise to bring dear loved ones back to life in the near furure by means of a resurrection to live on a paradise earth (John 5:28,29) what a wonderful time that will be. May you find comfort in knowing that those promise will soon come true.

I had the privilege of serving with Bill overseas in the 1980s and we began a life-long friendship with his beautiful wife Karen and daughters Lori and Mari. I have many fond memories of Bill, but one of the regular, and humor-filled ones was our frequent coffees together. The Regional Security Office where I worked was often a beehive of activity in the early morning hours, and hard to break away from without a good reason. Bill would call my extension and tell me that "a suspect package" needed clearance by a security officer. Knowing that he had a fresh box of French croisssants waiting, I naturally responded with "tout d'audace" :) I will miss you Bill, and I will keep an eye out for the family. Rest in peace my friend and God bless you...Mark

Lori, all of my love during this difficult time. I know you are glad your Dad is at peace but that doesn't the journey any easier. Xo. Lella
