My deepest condolences to the Ross family for this tremendous loss. May the words found at Isaiah 26:19 bring you comfort in knowing that you will one day see Lucius again.
Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life"

To the Family of Pastor Lucuis Ross Jr.:
It is with heartfelt sympathy that my wife Beverly and I extend our prayers and our love to Donna M. Harris (sister) and family during this time of bereavement. We join your family during this difficult time as an anchor of support.
We met your brother in 1985 in Bible Study at Ebenezer A. M. E. Church, Fort Washington and from that point, we became very close friends. Lou was a “Truth Seeker,” and he enjoyed studying God’s Word. He never envisioned pastoral ministry, he just loved serving God. However, by the grace of God, he was moved from a Saturday Bible study teacher to leadership as Minister of the Ebenezer Healing Ministry. He later answered God’s calling into pastoral ministry to shepherd His sheep and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Ross has completed his assignment and is now at peace with the Lord! Therefore, take comfort in knowing he is in the presence the Lord.
As with the Apostle Paul, "Pastor Lou" has fought the good fight, he has finished the race, and he has kept the faith. Therefore, we can celebrate his life and know that God has called him from labor to reward.
May God, in loving Grace, impart new Faith and Comfort to your hearts.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Reverend Dr. Harrison E. Benton, Jr.
Mrs. Beverly J. Benton
