I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I work for the Army in South Carolina and Tom helped me so much with postal support for military postal training. He and I would talk a lot and I know he was looking forward to relocating the Greenville after retirement. This caught me by surprise and my prayers are with all his family during this difficult time.

Dear Whitling family and friends: My deep
condolences to you for your loss. I worked
with Tom several years at USPS. It was
always very clear to me how much he
cared for you, how much he enjoyed
his work and play. God Bless

Whitling Family, I was saddened to learn of Tom's passing. I nicknamed him "Whitty" because his humor always made me smile or laugh. When my Mom passed in 2013 Whitty often called me or sent a funny email to brighten my spirits or just to check on me. Honestly, I am still having trouble believing but can still hear his voice. Over the years, Whitty and I shared so much about our families, life events, progression of children, etc. Just recently we shared our retirement wishes and every time we saw each other we would say to each other "Is the date is set?" and laugh. We were both getting real excited at the thought of having free time. I will surely miss our weekly conversations.

Please accept my condolences and know that I too share your loss. I am so honored to have known "Whitty" and will always smile or laugh when I think of him and the career of treasured memories. God Bless.
Sincerely,
Pam Campbell

I wish Tom's family the best through this difficult time.
When Tom visited Topeka, we would always visit about his family and THE SYRACUSE BASKETBALL TEAM! We'll miss his great personality.

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Tom at the USPS. Not only was Tom an outstanding, top shelf worker, but his personality and "fun" factor was over the top! Had so many great times busting between Flyers - Pens games! He will be sadly missed. I'll be thinking of him every Flyers-Pens game forever...

Tom and I were classmates at Oil City Senior High! We shared homeroom a couple years. We always got along super and continued our friendship through Facebook. My deepest sympathies to the family! Tom will be missed greatly, but we must cherish the memories and good times!

Anna Maria, Abigail and Diana & the Little Ones, You are in my thought's and prayers... I often wonder if Tom still carried the bill in his wallet with his face on it... It always made me laugh. May he rest in peace...
